About Me

Hi. I’m Lou Stone Borenstein and I guess I’ll be writing my own bio for now. I like to think of myself as one of New York’s newest comedic talents and, like recent mayors, I plan to be around for a while. I’ve performed for all of the major clubs, including regular appearances at the New York Comedy Club. If I’m not onstage, you can probably catch me speaking my mind atop a milk crate. A sharp writer with a dry wit, I love to tell the world a thing to two about itself. Whether it’s the polite topic of politics or the more controversial area of Ikea, my perceptive observations and amusing stories have been captivating audiences no matter how drunk they are.

In addition to standup comedy, I have trained as a sketch writer, improv performer, and an actor. I’ve written spec scripts and screenplays, even music. Yes, it’s true. And while I wouldn’t suggest Quincy Jones waste his time, anyone who is interested in my comedic writings should contact me at loustoneborenstein.
